Shannon Allen Named Employee of the Month

Enrollment Services Specialist Shannon Allen is the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for September. 

Allen is a vital part of the TC3 Admissions team. She manages the office calendar, student workers, campus tours, and large events. Her knowledge, dedication, and positive attitude are credited with helping a department move forward through many changes.

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Allen receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot. 

Nominations can be made at any time for future Employees of the Month through an online nomination form.
