What is Title IX?
Title IX reads, “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
Brief Statement on Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
Tompkins Cortland Community College is committed to maintaining an educational and work environment that is free of any sex-based discrimination or harassment in any education program or activity that it operates and to fostering positive business and personal conduct so that everyone, including students, employees, and visitors, is treated with respect and dignity in a non-discriminatory environment.
