Self-Study Leads attend the MSCHE Self-Study Institute and meet weekly to draft the Self-Study Design.
Strategic Planning advisory group drafts "institutional pillars" that will inform the architecture of the Strategic Plan and institutional priorities for the Self-Study.
Self-Study Leads begin presentations for the campus community, including shared governance groups. Updates will occur regularly throughout the Self-Study.
Steering Committee holds its initial meeting in December. Working Group Co-Chairs begin selecting working group members.

Working Groups begin biweekly meetings to analyze evidence.
Self-Study Leads submit the Self-Study Design by February 14, 2025. Self-Study Leads incorporate MSCHE Liaison feedback on the Self-Study Design by May 31, 2025.
TC3 hosts a visit by the MSCHE Liaison in March or April.
The College Senate and Board of Trustees approve the new Strategic Plan in May/June.
Summer 2025
Working Group Co-Chairs draft their Self-Study chapters with submissions due in August 2025.
Fall 2025
Working Groups present findings to affiliated committees and campus community. Feedback collected through the semester through these presentations and surveys.
Spring 2026
Working Groups incorporate campus feedback and submit revised chapters to Self-Study Leads in March.
Summer 2026
Co-Chairs finalize Self-Study Report and present to President and Board of Trustees.
Self-Study Report uploaded to MSCHE at least 10 weeks prior to Evaluation Team visit (tentatively by Sept 4).
Fall 2026
TC3 hosts MSCHE Evaluation Team visit in November.
TC3 submits its response to the Evaluation Team’s findings in December.
January 2027
Formal action taken by MSCHE and notifications sent to campus.
