As a learning centered institution, Tompkins Cortland Community College strives to develop leadership skills in all employees at every level.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend workshops, conferences, seminars and other job-related training sessions. On campus workshops conducted by Tompkins Cortland Biz are available to all employees at a discounted rate.
