Requesting a Transcript from TC3
TC3 requires at least two business days to send requested transcripts. Allow additional time for postal delivery. Transcripts may be ordered online, in writing, or in person. We cannot accept transcript requests by phone or email. The option to send a transcript electronically (PDF) is available for students who first attended TC3 in 2000 or later. The fee for a transcript requested online is $8 per transcript. The fee for transcripts requested in writing is $15.
Please note: to be accepted as official, your transcript must be mailed or emailed directly to the recipient. A transcript mailed to yourself is not official if the envelope is opened. A transcript is not official if sent as PDF to your own email address.
How to order your Official TC3 Transcript
A current TC3 student account or student ID number is not required to order your transcript.
Online Orders - $8
- A credit or debit card and valid email address are required to place requests online. Transcripts may be ordered online for pickup at the Dryden campus after 1 p.m. the next business day.
- For standard transcript orders please note the following
- $2.60 Processing Fee charged directly by the vendor
- $5.40 Campus surcharge for administrative support of transcript production

Paper/PDF Orders - $15
- Download, complete, and sign and submit the completed form via mail, fax, or email a paper transcript request form. Academic Records staff will enter your request manually using information supplied on the form.

On-Demand Orders - $25
- On-demand transcripts can be picked up at TC3 main campus and will be released only to the student, who must provide TC3 or government-issued photo ID and an in-person signature. Academic Records, Suite 229, to request your transcript.
- This service is available only to students who attended the College in 2000 or later.
- Please call the Academic Records office at 607.844.6500 before coming to campus to verify that staff will be available at the time you plan to arrive. Office hours for this service are generally 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
