The Office of Academic Records manages the complete academic record for all students, past and present. While the office operates largely behind the scenes, students most typically interact with Academic Records staff for transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and regarding applications for graduation.

Directory Information & Information Withholding
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) states that no information will be given out regarding a student’s academic record to outside parties unless authorized by the student. However, Directory Information may be released at the discretion of the Registrar. The Information Withholding Form (pdf) provides more details and a form to request that all Directory Information be withheld.
