The Budget and Finance Office is responsible for the integrity and accountability of all financial transactions at TC3.
Bids & Auctions
In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5A of the New York State General Municipal Law, TC3 frequently seeks submissions of sealed bids from exterior companies seeking to provide services or equipment. Auctions offer equipment that is no longer of use to the College for sale to the public.

DOMESTIC HOT WATER BOILER REPLACEMENT
Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on 2/25/25, in the Purchasing Office, Suite #216 at Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, New York, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

TC3 engages contractors, subcontractors and licensees who adhere to fair labor standards in connection with working conditions, compensation, employee rights to form unions and the use of child labor. We shall require contractors, subcontractors and licensees to certify that to the best of their knowledge, the manufacturers of apparel or sports equipment items supplied by such contractors, subcontractors, and licensees have adhered to fair labor standards.
