Going 'Everywhere'

Standing in a chef's coat in the TC3 Eatery and looking every bit the part, Sam Trotman responded to a simple question about his post-graduation hopes: "I want to go everywhere."
He's picked the right program. Hotel and Restaurant Management students get the opportunity to travel while they're in school, taking internships in Peru, Florida, and elsewhere.
And, they get to travel when they're out of school. Recent grads who have transferred to four-year schools now find themselves working in South America, Ukraine, and more.
