• Letter to Parent/Caregiver
• Drop/Withdraw Form

Certificate of Residence

• Application for Certificate of Residency Complete the form and provide proof of residence as directed - special circumstances referenced below. High school students residing in Tompkins and Cortland Counties are still exempt. In addition to those residing in PA and foreign exchange students. 
• Cayuga County application Cayuga County requires that this special application be used for residency. You must also obtain the Town Clerk's seal prior to submitting to CollegeNow.
• Chemung County directions Chemung County has different requirements depending on where you live in the county.
• Chenango County Affidavit This is the proof of residence required by Chenango County. You must still complete the regular application above.
• Cortland County application Cortland County requires that this special application be used for residency. This does not apply to Cortland County students in concurrent enrollment courses.
