Laticia Caza, residence life office coordinator, is the Tompkins Cortland Community College Employee of the Month for February. 

Caza has been a valuable member of the residence life staff for more than 15 years, assisting in every aspect of the operation. “Because of her role in the residence life office, Laticia is the first person 90% of our residential students and families interact with. She does everything she can to ensure that they have a good experience,” said one nominator. “She is always professional, compassionate, and resourceful in responding to any issues, making sure our students’ needs are met.”      

The Employee of the Month program recognizes individuals who exemplify the values and mission of the College with their outstanding service and attitude. Nominations for the award are accepted from students, staff, or members of the community.

As the Employee of the Month, Caza receives a gift certificate to a local business, a TC3 Employee of the Month tumbler, and exclusive use of the Employee of the Month parking spot. 

Nominations can be made at any time for future Employees of the Month through an online nomination form.
