- Password assistance, accessing your myTC3 account and related services such as myINFO, Web Courses, and myMAIL
- Navigating your online courses
- Using your College email account
- Setting up your email account on your mobile device
- Connecting your mobile device to the College WiFi
- Scheduling equipment for making in-class presentations
