Instant Registration Day

It's instant! It's easy. Visit Tompkins Cortland on Saturday, Dec. 9 and complete the registration process IN ONE DAY. That's it! You're set for Spring 2018 or Fall 2018.

During Instant Registration Saturdays, you can get admitted, take your placement test, meet with an advisor, create your class schedule, submit your housing contract, talk to financial aid, drop off your immunization records, get your student ID, even shop at the bookstore.

No appointment necessary, we will be open between 9 a.m.-4 p.m., but make sure you arrive with enough time to complete what you need. And please make sure you bring any paperwork we may need (like transcripts, tax forms, driver’s license, etc.).

Open House

Tompkins Cortland will hold the next open house on April 6, 2018. If you were unable to join us, you can still visit by scheduling a campus tour.

Parents, there’s something for you too. We’re holding a special Parent Orientation while your students are testing. We’ll answer questions about admissions, financial aid, and more.

What can you do at Open House?

  • Academic presentations for all degree programs begin at noon.
  • Tour the campus before or after your presentation.
  • Representatives from Residence Life, Financial Aid, Athletics, and other student life offices will be on hand.
  • Take the Farm to Bistro Bus and tour the TC3 Farm and our downtown Ithaca restaurant and culinary center, Coltivare! Learn about four unique programs that prepare you for employment or transfer.
